What used to be a forgotten 1908 metalworks facility is now one of downtown's coolest residential complexes. We kept every bit of character - the original crane rails, the massive timber beams, even the old foundry marks on the floor.
"They didn't just renovate our building - they understood it. Every decision respected what came before while making it livable for today."
- Marcus Chen, Property Developer

Our client wanted something that'd make their architect friends jealous. We delivered a cantilevered steel beast that hangs off a hillside like it's defying physics. Spoiler: it's not magic, just really good engineering and a lot of calculations.
"Everyone who visits asks how it's even standing. That's exactly what we wanted - drama with substance."
- Sarah & Tom Westbrook, Homeowners

Turning a 1952 shipyard warehouse into a working brewery wasn't exactly straightforward. The bones were solid but everything else needed rethinking. We exposed the old steel trusses, punched in massive windows for natural light, and created a space where people actually wanna hang out while their beer gets made.
"The space tells our story better than we ever could. Customers feel the history the moment they walk in."
- Jamie Peterson, Founder & Brewmaster

When a growing tech company needed a headquarters that didn't look like every other glass box, we went back to basics - steel, concrete, and honest materials. Three stories of workspace wrapped around a central atrium with enough natural light to keep everyone sane through those long winter months.
"Our team loves coming to work. The building actually inspires creativity instead of crushing it."
- Rebecca Tran, CEO TechNorth Solutions

A 1889 lumber mill that survived fires, floods, and decades of neglect. The city wanted it preserved but viable - not just a museum piece. We created 16 high-end condos while keeping the mill's character intact. Every unit's got exposed timber from the original structure, and we even salvaged the old conveyor system as a feature wall in the lobby.
"They made history livable. That's a rare skill."
